２年程前からテナント巡りをしていました。
何件も見てきましたがなかなか思うように見つかりません。
理由はいろいろありますが（立地や家賃や・・・）
「犬を連れても入れるお店」
と言うと、殆ど断られてしまいます。
大家さん側の言うことももちろん理解できます。
吠えてうるさくないか。
臭いは大丈夫か。
店舗を傷つけられないか。 など。
きちんと説明して理解を得ることが出来ても
運悪く、他の理由で契約に至らなかった事も。
しかし
ここ宮の沢で素晴らしい縁があり、カフェ開業の夢が
現実のものになることに・・・！！！
