カフェのある同じ西区に素敵な美容室があります。
発寒ジャスコのすぐ近く。
そこでは定休日の火曜日にお店の駐車場で
採りたて無農薬野菜を販売しています。
スタッフの方が朝、収穫してきたものです！！
珍しい野菜もあり見ているだけで楽しいのです。そしてもちろん美味しいのです！
先週は「ブラックトマト」というものを購入してトマトソースを作りました。
酸味が少なくコクがある！！驚くほど美味しいソースが出来ました。
今度、そのソースでメニューを考えたいなぁ・・・。
そして今日は火曜日！！！ 仕込が終わったらシバキチと買いに行きます。
